This is to let you know that Norman lost his battle with his illnesses on Sunday morning and we took him to your office to be put to sleep. Norman loved people and he seemed to touch everyone he met. He always seemed to be exited to visit the hospital and see the staff when he was undergoing treatments. He was the kind of dog that always wanted to interact with people and he especially loved children. He was our friend for nine and a half years and its going to take awhile to get over his death. His personality was such that everyone who met him always remembered Norman and asked about him. We would like to thank you for all that you did for him and to tell you that we appreciate the kindness that everyone showed to Norman.
